We provide a cooling off
period of seven days after
the day of receipt of the goods.
The purpose of the cooling
off period is to allow the consumer the opportunity he would
have had in a conventional shop to examine the goods before
deciding to buy. A notice of cancellation must be sent by
e-mail with all detail describing reason for the
cancellation. We offer a refund excluding shipping costs or
a replacement with an item of similar value. Returned items
must be adequately packed and shipped using a
traceable shipping method. The
items must be returned in the same exact conditions in which
they were sent. Should the goods be returned with signs of
use or any other damage and missing parts we reserve the
right to refuse totally or partially a refund/exchange. This
also applies if we consider the goods have not been treated
in accordance with the instructions provided with them. We
will not accept responsibility for lost/damaged parcels or
postal charges incurred when returning goods. If all
conditions for a refund or an exchange are met we are bound
to refund or replace the item within thirty days. Shipping
times stated in the shipping section are the ones given by
the courier and we are not responsible for any delays. Items
are shipped as soon as we receive the payment. All personal
data given to us at the moment of purchase will only be used
for shipping purposes and will not be published or made
available to others. We cannot be held responsible for
damage or loss of items during shipping. You can purchase an
optional insurance for your order. Insurance claims are
handled by the courier. Not all our items are covered by
warranty please refer to the items' description. If you need
to make a warranty claim you must present us detailed photos
and description of the damage. We will forward all
information to the supplier or manufacturer which reserves
the right to decide whether the particular case meets all
conditions for a warranty claim. If the claim is accepted we
will deal with the claim as instructed by the manufacturer
or supplier. We reserve the right to modify conditions and
prices at any given time.
