How can I pay?
We accept bank
transfers and all major credit cards. All payments must be done in
euros. Please visit our payment section for more details.
How do I get your bank details for bank transfer?
If you choose bank transfer as method of payment, you will receive our
bank details by e-mail together with the order confirmation.
Do I have to register with paypal to pay with credit cards?
No. It is not necessary to have a paypal account to use your credit card. If you have a paypal account you
will be asked to login and continue with the payment. If you have no paypal
account you can still proceed securely with payment even without a
registration.
Once you choose paypal as method of payment, you will be guided step by step
throughout the checkout procedure. You can also pay with your credit card through moneybookers.com
Is it safe to pay buy credit card?
Yes it is absolutely safe. Your credit card data won't be processed
through our site but directly through paypal or moneybookers. Please visit
their respective websites for more information on safety systems used.
You can also pay by bank transfer which is one of the safest methods
possible.
Is there a minimum amount for an order?
No. You can even order just one sticker!!!
However we suggest multiple
purchases to reduce shipping costs. We only have a limit of 200€ on
paypal orders.
My order exceeds 200 euros but I still want to pay by
credit card through
paypal.
If after browsing through our methods of payment you do not find any
other method that suits you and still want to pay through paypal, please
contact us with all the details and we can work out a compromise.
How much do I pay for shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically by our
shopping cart. Visit
the shipping section for more information. Should you require a
shipping quote for a particular order, just send us an e-mail with all
details, ad we will get back to you with a quote.
My friends and
me would like to place a bulk order.
We offer competitive prices for bulk orders.
If you and your friends are planning to purchase new gear, then why not
place an order togather. You will get better prices and conditions than when
you purchase individually.
Something
has come up and I have to delay the payment.
Good communication is the basic thing for all online transactions. If due
to some problems you have to delay the payment, or you have any other
problem, please contact us. You will see that we try to be as helpful as
possible
I want to send a gift what can I do?
If you do not have any idea on what to give, you can buy paypal vouchers
for the amount of money you wish to spend. However if you already know what
to give, just send us an e-mail and we can send directly a gift pack with a
personalised card.
I contacted you but I didn't get any reply
We reply to all e-mails as quickly as possible. However, it may happen
that for any reason, your e-mail didn't get to us, or our reply didn't get
to you. If you do not receive a reply within 24h please contact us again.
Remember to check your spam folders.
Live chat is not working?
You have to disable any popup blockers to be able to use live chat. If live chat
is not available you will be redirected to our contacts page where you can
contact us by sending us an e-mail. We will reply as soon as possible,
usually within a few hours. When live chat is available you will see a
green light on live chat logo. Sometimes our operators might be busy giving
assistance to other users, in that case you just have to wait in
queue. Requests will be handled in the order received.
